Food and Beverage Server

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Server to join our dynamic team. As a server, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Serve food courses and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Set tables according to event type and service standards, ensuring a clean and organized environment
  • Answer questions on menu selections and provide recommendations to enhance the dining experience
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen regarding menu questions, wait times, re-cook orders, and product availability
  • Record transactions accurately and efficiently using MICROS system at the time of order
  • Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and beverage, resolving any issues promptly
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the day, including work areas, china, glass, etc.
  • Complete opening and closing duties, including restocking items and turning off lights

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting is highly valued
  • A proactive and upbeat demeanor that inspires excellence and teamwork

  • A current Victorian RSA certificate is essential for this role
