About the Role- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner, ensuring excellent customer service standards are met
- Take orders and manage cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a hospitality or retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and presentation is desirable
