About the Role

  • As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage services to guests in a personalized In Room Dining experience.
  • Collaborate with other departments as needed to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy In Room Dining area, adhering to high standards of presentation and hygiene.
  • Offer general support to our culinary and bar teams as required by business demands.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Deliver VIP and special occasion amenities to multiple rooms throughout the hotel.
  2. Pack down In Room Dining trolleys and prepare beverages according to guest orders.
  3. Ensure timely and efficient service delivery, prioritizing guest satisfaction.
  4. Support cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer experience.

Requirements

  • Previous food and beverage experience is preferred but not necessary.
  • Must have an unrestricted working visa for Australia.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate for Victoria.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and guests.
  • Flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends, night shifts, and public holidays.
