Systems Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Systems Engineer to join our team in Coburg. This is an exciting opportunity to work with us and make a real difference in the field of technology.

  • Provide level 3 systems support for all SMB customers.
  • Troubleshoot complex systems and infrastructure issues for SMB.
  • Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve problems within customer infrastructure environments.

This role involves working closely with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and trust. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients and delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver expert technical support and guidance to our clients.
  2. Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for systems, infrastructure, and procedures.
  3. Evaluate and recommend improvements to enhance system performance, reliability, and efficiency.
  4. Mentor and coach junior team members to support their technical development and professional growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications
