Derivatives Client Service Professional

Deliver exceptional service to clients across a wide range of exchange traded derivative and Over-the-counter (OTC) products.

As a key point of contact, you will provide timely resolution to client queries, margin movements, and account processing issues throughout the trade lifecycle.

You will focus on derivative products, including Fixed Income Securities, Equities, Foreign Exchange (FX), Oil, Gas, Metals, and Agricultural.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with clients to deliver an outstanding client experience.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of product and exchange rules, as well as team functions.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients.
  • Elevate all trade and position breaks in a timely manner.
  • Review production output from a control perspective.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and suggest enhancements.
  • Maintain up-to-date procedures and ensure easy accessibility.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Test, global projects, and initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Post margins required by exchanges using cash or securities in convenient ways.
  • Provide operational information about client transactions in flexible electronic formats.
