About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Client Service Professional to join our team. As a Client Service Professional, you will identify and recruit expert advisors to address client business questions, supporting research and decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Work with Project Managers to develop strategies for satisfying each client project request.
  • Utilize various sources to identify the best experts for clients' strategic or investment questions.
  • Identify the best leads and invite them to participate in consultations.
  • Screen experts to determine suitability for specific client projects and develop professional profiles to present to clients.
  • Collaborate with the Client Service team to understand unique client business questions and deliver on-demand intelligence.
  • Recruit new experts into our network of over 1,800,000 Advisors.
  • Support project management and customer service efforts to deliver excellent results for clients.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution by the end of 2025.
  • Previous internship, volunteering, or extracurricular experience.
  • Ability to start full-time work in January 2026.
  • Desire to work in a sourcing/lead generation role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Outgoing personality with the ability to speak with people at all professional levels.
  • Intellectual curiosity and desire to learn.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both individually and as part of a team.
