
Volunteer Support Coordinator

As a key member of our dynamic Operations Team, you will play a vital role in the smooth operation and improvement of services across Australia. No two days are ever the same in this fast-paced environment, where you will thrive on having multiple tasks in the air at once.
Our ideal candidate is a skilled support professional with experience in a similar role within a not-for-profit sector organization. You will have outstanding interpersonal skills, be able to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people, and possess well-developed written skills and problem-solving abilities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting existing volunteer teams and ensuring new volunteers are onboarded efficiently
- Engaging with volunteer leaders across the country to assist with moving volunteers from the waitlist to active volunteering
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving, taking the time to work out the best process for volunteers to progress on their journey
- Responding to volunteer enquiries and questions through the service support line and online chat
