We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Lancome Counter Manager to join our North Adelaide Pharmacy team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and providing expert advice on our prestige beauty products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and consult with customers to ensure they receive the best advice for their health and beauty needs.
  • Make every customer feel special while demonstrating our prestige products.
  • Ensure customer transactions are processed correctly and efficiently using our point-of-sale systems.
  • Ensure our stores are beautifully presented and well-stocked to provide an exceptional customer experience.
  • Demonstrate the value of National Pharmacies membership to our customers.
Requirements
  • Excellent product knowledge and presentation in line with a prestige brand.
  • Extensive experience in managing a beauty counter.
  • Confidence in delivering outstanding customer service and advice to a diverse range of customers.
  • Ability to relate well with customers and teammates.
  • Willingness to continue learning about our products and services.
  • Adaptability and flexibility.
