Key Responsibilities:
- Project Design and Implementation: Design and implement communications projects that meet the client's requirements and timelines.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a small team of network engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Network Design and Integration: Manage design, testing, and integration activities related to IP networks, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements and timelines are met, and foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Technical Expertise: Possess extensive experience in Cisco routing and switching technologies, with a strong understanding of IP/MPLS, BGP4, and OSPF.
- Leadership and Communication: Demonstrate proven leadership skills, with experience managing a small team and excellent stakeholder management skills.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: CCNP qualified Network Engineer with a minimum of 10+ years' experience and a Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
- Technical Skills: Extensive experience in Cisco routing and switching technologies, with a strong understanding of IP/MPLS, BGP4, and OSPF.
- Leadership and Communication: Proven leadership skills with experience managing a small team, excellent stakeholder management skills, and strong project experience with an ability to manage priorities and multitask.
