Job Description

We are seeking a high-achieving Fresh Produce Trade Planning Strategist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and building promotional planning strategies to ensure effective and strategic alignment in the execution of our customer offer.

This role will involve collaborating closely with category teams to develop multi-horizon promotional plans that align with category strategies, supplier agreements, and market dynamics. Additionally, you will own analysis of insights to identify growth opportunities within Fresh Produce and make recommendations based on these findings.

You will also be responsible for developing and establishing processes for ongoing reviews of promotional effectiveness, aligning with customer trends and seasonal dynamics. Furthermore, you will align the promotional calendar with the customer calendar to deliver a cohesive trade plan, while challenging and influencing stakeholders to strengthen the value proposition for Fresh Produce.
