**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop marketing strategies and plans through category analysis and consumer insight

- Plan, forecast, and implement new launches and promotional activity in line with global and local requirements

- Review and develop tactical and gifting strategies for the year

- Manage social media and content calendar to drive growth in engagement, brand relevance, and consideration

- Brief, implement, and measure PR strategies / events with internal teams & external agencies

- Assist in strategy presentations to key accounts and sales conferences

- Provide regular reports on sales performance and competitor analysis

**Requirements:**

- A tertiary qualification in marketing at degree level

- Minimum 2 years' experience in brand management or similar role

- FMCG background in cosmetics/personal care highly regarded

- Excellent presentation and communication skills

- Strong analytical, thinking, and problem-solving skills

- High-level project management with ability to set priorities and manage competing demands
