We are seeking a dedicated professional to support our international student enrolments, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and providing exceptional stakeholder engagement.

About the Role
  • Support schools in managing international enrolment applications and ensuring compliance with CRICOS, the ESOS Act, and the National Code.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and school staff to support school readiness for CRICOS registration and renewal processes.
  • Provide guidance on student visas, Genuine Temporary Entrant (GTE)/Genuine Student Test (GST) compliance, and application documentation.
  • Liaise with education agents and overseas partners to promote our schools and ensure accurate representation of offerings.
  • Oversee and coordinate short-term and long-term study tours, including logistics, documentation, and pastoral care frameworks.
  • Support the administration and promotion of international student exchange programs and student travel.
About You
  • Demonstrated experience in international student enrolment and CRICOS/ESOS compliance.
  • Sound understanding of Australian student visa processes, PRISMS, and related systems.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to liaise effectively and professionally with agents, schools, families, and regulators.
  • Ability to assess applications, conduct risk reviews, and interpret regulatory requirements.
  • High level of attention to detail, with strong written communication, and administrative accuracy.
  • Demonstrated experience in community engagement, event coordination, and stakeholder relationship management.
