Cloud Infrastructure Engineer Position

We are seeking a skilled cloud infrastructure engineer to join our team of cloud professionals. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing and building secure and scalable infrastructure solutions across various environments.

You will lead the delivery of infrastructure projects, ensuring high availability, security, and performance through best practices in virtualisation, storage, identity, and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop scalable, resilient cloud solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Drive architecture best practices focusing on performance, cost-efficiency, and security.
  • Implement and manage cloud resources using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and Azure DevOps pipelines.
  • Monitor infrastructure performance, optimize resource usage, and reduce operational costs.
  • Enforce cloud security policies, conduct security assessments, and ensure alignment with frameworks like ISO 27001.

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Azure.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud security.
  • Hands-on experience with Terraform, ARM, and Azure DevOps.
  • Scripting proficiency in PowerShell or Bash.
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts – VPC, VPNs, subnetting, and load balancers.

Certifications (Desirable)

  • AZ-104: Azure Administrator Associate
  • AZ-500: Azure Security Technologies
