Infrastructure Solutions Professional

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Solutions Administrator to fill a key role in our IT department. As a technical expert, you will provide support and guidance on infrastructure solutions, ensuring alignment with best practice standards and processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnostic/monitoring tools and experience working with VC / AV and Infrastructure technical support. You should also possess excellent communication skills and be able to respond effectively in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate expertise in diagnostic/monitoring tools.
  • Maintain awareness of external best practices, such as industry networks.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a VC / AV and Infrastructure technical support role is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
