EOI Administration Traineeship Opportunity

AGL Energy is seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Administration Trainee to join our team at AGL Bayswater Power Station in Muswellbrook, NSW.

This 24-month fixed-term traineeship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various facets of business administration, while working towards a Certificate IV in Business Administration qualification.

As a Business Administration Trainee, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to multiple parts of the business on a rotation schedule.
  • Assisting with reception duties and general administrative tasks.
  • Accurately entering data into various systems.
  • Designing and producing documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Coordinating conference room and pool vehicle bookings.
  • Assisting with coordinating functions.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III in Business or equivalent qualification.
  • Confidence in using Microsoft Office software, including Excel and Word.
  • A commitment to on-the-job training and professional development.
  • A positive and professional attitude.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
