We are seeking a Community Protection Specialist to join our team. As a specialist in this field, you will play a critical role in promoting community safety by proactively motivating and engaging individuals on parole.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct interviews and assessments with individuals on parole to produce quality reports
- Identify risk escalation behaviors and respond appropriately
- Assess and refer individuals on parole to appropriate programs and services
Requirements:
- Experience in case management of complex and high-risk clients
- Knowledge and experience in best practice risk and therapeutic initiatives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including report writing
About the Role:
As a Community Protection Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting interviews and assessments with individuals on parole, identifying risk escalation behaviors, and responding appropriately. You will also assess and refer individuals on parole to appropriate programs and services.
