**Senior Practitioner for Children in Care and Care Leavers Team**

At Liquid Personnel, we are seeking an experienced Senior Practitioner to join our esteemed client's Children in Care and Care Leavers Team. Located in Newcastle City, this role offers a unique opportunity to work with children, their carers and families.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Undertake procedurally compliant assessments and section 47 enquiries to identify levels and types of risk or need based on documented evidence.
  • Record and analyse information gathered during the process of social care assessment in line with case recording policy, local and national guidance and best practice principles.
  • Conduct assessments that lead to clear associated plans addressing issues identified for children in Newcastle.

The ideal candidate will possess post-qualified experience and be eligible to work in the UK. They must hold a degree-level qualification in Social Work and have Social Work England registration.
