Eleven Labs is a rapidly growing startup that has developed cutting-edge AI voice models and AI voice products, including text-to-speech, audiobooks creation, dubbing, and a voice library.

We have achieved significant traction since our launch in 2023, reaching over 1 million users and partnering with leading publishers, media companies, and gaming studios.

We are backed by prominent investors in the tech and AI space, including Nat Fridman, Daniel Gross, Andreessen Horowitz, and Instagram co-founder Mike Krieger.

Our team combines in-house machine learning research with strong product-led traction, led by our co-founders Piotr and Mati, who have a strong background in AI research and product development.

We have recently completed a successful Series-B funding round and are hiring to further accelerate our growth and make Eleven Labs a leading product company and research lab in the AI voice space.

About the Role

As a Brand Design Contractor at Eleven Labs, you will play a crucial role in creating on-brand assets for various purposes, including presentations, events, marketing materials, product illustrations, and company swag.

This part-time position offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects that will enhance Eleven Labs' brand presence and visual communication.

You will work closely with our team, including Ammaar Reshi, Sam Sklar, Justin Hackney, and Lydia Moore.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop illustrations and graphics for our marketing website and product interfaces.
  • Design visually compelling assets for presentations, pitch decks, and slide decks.
  • Create engaging visuals for events, including one-pagers, booth designs, and promotional materials.
  • Design eye-catching company swag that reflects our brand identity.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables while pushing creative boundaries.
  • Collaborate with our growth, video, design, and ops teams to understand project needs and deliver impactful designs.

Requirements

  • A strong portfolio showcasing brand experience across a range of mediums.
  • Excellent skills in typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software.
  • Ability to adapt to Eleven Labs' brand guidelines while bringing fresh, innovative ideas.
  • Strong visual storytelling skills to effectively communicate complex AI concepts.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating polished, high-quality work.
  • Effective communication skills to present design concepts and rationales.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
