About the Role

Cyclad is seeking a highly skilled Senior UI Designer to join our team and contribute to the success of our client, a leading company in consulting, technology services, and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain design libraries and design systems that adhere to product branding requirements.
  • Establish and maintain design systems that ensure consistency and efficiency across multiple product platforms.
  • Design innovative user interfaces that provide a seamless and intuitive user experience.
  • Implement responsive design principles for optimal user experiences across various devices and screen sizes.
  • Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate design concepts and validate user flows.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback on design prototypes.
  • Oversee the development and delivery of effective user interfaces.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Work with UX designers on user research, interviews, surveys, and usability studies, translating findings into wireframes and prototypes.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, engineers, and product managers, to translate requirements into visually appealing and functional user interfaces.
  • Work with the data analytics team to assess the impact of all UI design and usability changes.
  • Support the QA team to ensure features are implemented as intended.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in designing user interfaces for complex software applications.
  • Expert knowledge of UI design principles and techniques, including responsive design and mobile UI (web and app design).
  • In-depth understanding of UX and user-centered design principles.
  • Experience in establishing and maintaining design systems for consistency and efficiency.
  • Strong ability to think critically and strategically about design problems, balancing user needs and business goals.
  • Working knowledge of creating UI design deliverables: sitemaps, user flows, wireframes, lo-fi and hi-fi layouts, and prototypes.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) for presenting design concepts and rationale to diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficient in creating rapid interactive prototypes for user testing and stakeholder reviews.
  • Proficient in using industry-standard UI design tools such as Figma, Miro, and Adobe CC.
  • Experience or knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks in interface design.
  • Experience or knowledge of the Agile/SCRUM process framework.
  • Proactive, independent working style with effective time management.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail, including typography, layout, and visual design.
