  2. Commercial Experience: 3+ years of commercial experience (preferably in the finance or trading industry).
  3. Industry-Standard Software: Mastery of industry-standard software for design and prototyping (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Balsamiq, Flinto, InVision).
  4. Communication Skills: Ability to communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions clearly and effectively.
  5. English Language Proficiency: English minimum requirement: B2. You are able to efficiently communicate all aspects of your work and ideas in English.
Nice to Have
  1. Trading Background: Trading background, experience in designing information-intensive interfaces - e.g. trading platforms, fintech, gambling or gaming.
  2. Platform Analytics Tools: Basic knowledge of tools for platform analytics.
  3. JavaScript Skills: JavaScript skills.
  4. Technical Acumen: Possess a high technical acumen and history of designing tools for complex problems. Prior experience designing products in the financial markets industry will be especially useful.
