Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive organisational growth, transformation and excellence in service delivery. The successful candidate will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer to develop and implement strategic initiatives.


About the Role
  • Lead operational performance, strategic initiatives and stakeholder engagement across multiple sites.
  • Provide high-level support and strategic advice to the CEO and Board.
  • Collaborate with Executive Management, Team Leaders and staff to ensure high performance and alignment with organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish relationships with funders and ensure compliance with funding agreements and performance targets.
  • Drive business development opportunities and sustainability strategies.
  • Oversee the delivery of quality primary healthcare and community programs.
  • Represent the organisation externally, building strong relationships with government, partners and community stakeholders.
  • Implement cultural safety frameworks and workforce strategies.
  • Manage resources and risk to ensure long-term sustainability and accountability.
  • Contribute to policy development and implementation for continuous improvement.
  • Identify and respond to emerging trends, risks and opportunities to support organisational objectives.

Requirements
  • Postgraduate degree in social work, human services or business (desired qualification) or a minimum of 5 years relevant industry experience.
  • Strong understanding of health, wellbeing and cultural safety principles.
  • Demonstrated experience in business development, strategic planning and operational leadership.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Financial acumen, risk management and governance expertise.
  • Ability to collaborate, think strategically and manage change effectively.
