Deliver organisational development programmes that drive meaningful change and align with the Ministry's strategic goals.
Provide expert advice and coaching to leaders and PX teams.
Apply data-driven insights and evaluation to measure impact and inform continuous improvement.
Ō Pūkenga/Skills And ExperienceTo be successful in this role, we are looking for you to have:Extensive experience as a senior organisational development practitioner.
Expertise across multiple culture and capability domains, including leadership development, inclusion and diversity, and cultural capability.
Proven ability to design and deliver programmes with clear intervention logic and measurable outcomes.
Strong partnership and influencing skills, with the ability to work across all levels of the organisation.
A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience.
Understanding of te Tiriti o Waitangi and te ao Māori with a commitment to culturally affirming practices.
