Job Description:

Lead a high-performing team in the design, construction, and delivery of purpose-built fleet assets. Work in a volunteer-based agency supporting communities.

Coordinate the end-to-end process to ensure alignment with operational and capability requirements. Manage multiple priorities and stakeholder expectations.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to think critically and solve complex problems
  • Proven experience in managing and developing people
  • Good understanding of NSW Government Procurement, Supply, and Fleet policy and practices
