Job Description">

The Coordinator Fleet Replacement is responsible for coordinating the design, construction and delivery of NSW SES Operational Fleet assets. This role ensures that fleet assets align with agency operational and capability requirements as well as fleet asset management plan objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications">
  • Be organised, proactive and accountable in a complex and fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to think critically, analyse data and solve complex problems.
  • Have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) including the ability to effectively communicate with a range of internal and external stakeholders ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Be a self-motivator who is highly capable of working autonomously and able to manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Have excellent leadership skills with demonstrated skills and experience in managing and developing people.
  • Have a good understanding of NSW Government Procurement, Supply and Fleet policy and practices.
  • Have demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
