About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Property Manager to join our Sydney team. As a key member of our property administration team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer-focused property services and providing top-notch administrative support to our General Manager and Property Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the property administration team to ensure accurate and up-to-date tenant records and Voyager systems.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Assist Property Managers with inspections, lease renewals, and leasing activities.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure effective asset management.
  • Prepare and deliver tenancy-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support the Property Managers in undertaking lease renewals and leasing activities.
  • Assist with monthly reports, ensuring compliance with the Service Agreement and timetable.
  • Prepare tenant maintenance forms, verify invoices, and issue tenant rent review letters.
  • Support the annual audit process for assigned assets.
Requirements
  • Preferably holding a Degree in Business or Property.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to build relationships.
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, including report writing.
  • Proven experience in an administrative capacity in a corporate environment.
