Field Service Technician

">Responsibilities:

- Coordinate preparation and control of materials, equipment, and documentation for site activities, adhering to contractual and supplemental documentation.">
- Conduct detailed inventories and inspections to determine necessary maintenance and repairs. Troubleshoot and repair equipment, recommending changes for improved performance and customer satisfaction.">
- Provide recommendations to management to improve operations and customer service. Ensure coordination with customers for documentation, safety planning, and quality issues discovered during service activities.">
- Supervise service activities performed by external resources.">
- Prepare technical and work reports to be signed by the customer representative, referring to management for clarification required during service activities, and notifying the quality team of quality issues discovered.">
Qualifications:
">Trade/degree qualified in Electrical or Instrumentation fields with a current full Australian Electrical License. Significant experience in Instrumentation, including both maintenance and project-related work in industrial, mining, or power distribution sectors. Experience in Service within the Water & Wastewater industry, specifically with exposure to electromagnetic flowmeters. Proficiency in SAP, CCRP, MS Office, and AutoCAD is beneficial. Ability to provide technical support and training to a wide range of customers and staff.
