Maritime Structural Engineering Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Maritime Structural Engineer to join our National Maritime Team. This role offers exciting opportunities for design and planning activities on large-scale maritime facilities across various industries, including defence, local government, state government, ports, and sustainability.

The ideal candidate will have between 5-15 years of experience in structural design, with expertise in:

  • Structural design for reinforced concrete and steel in marine environments
  • Design, evaluation, and reporting on ports, harbours, coastal works, and marine structures
  • Berthing and mooring system design
  • Experience with structural analysis software (SPACE GASS, Strand 7, IDEAStatica)

To be successful, you will require:

  • Tertiary degree qualifications in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • Chartered Professional Engineer status (or ability to obtain within a specified timeframe)
  • Eligibility for Australian Government security clearance
