Job Description

A leadership role that stands out.

As our Veterinary Director, you'll guide the strategic and operational direction of the clinic, shaping a culture of excellence, compassion, and collaboration. You'll lead a team of skilled nurses and 2.5 veterinarians, supported by modern equipment including:

  • Ultrasound
  • Digital and dental x-ray
  • Biochemistry, electrolyte & hematology machines
  • Internal lab, sterile theatre, and dedicated cat/dog wards

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

This opportunity is ideal for a veterinarian with:

  • 4+ years post-graduate experience
  • Strong clinical leadership and mentoring skills, or an interest in developing in this area
  • Confidence in consulting, diagnosing, and treating companion animals independently
  • Eligibility for registration with the Australasian Veterinary Boards Council (AVBC) or equivalent (NAVLE, AVE, etc.)
