Content Deliveries Specialist

As a Digital Content Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of digital content initiatives. This involves managing external agencies and vendors, collaborating with the delivery team on implementation and testing, and supporting CRO initiatives.
You will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with the brand strategy. You will also be responsible for reporting on project impact, consolidating learnings, and contributing to the ongoing evolution of our digital client experience and content strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Own the full lifecycle of digital content projects, including conducting research, gathering insights, defining requirements with internal stakeholders, and managing external agencies and vendors.
- Digital Content Strategy: Contribute to the development of our digital content roadmap by proposing initiatives that personalise, localise, and elevate the client experience. Act as a visual gatekeeper to ensure all imagery and video content meet high standards.
- SEO: Develop and implement content strategies to enhance organic visibility. Optimise existing content, identify gaps through research, and collaborate with copywriters and the merchandising team to ensure SEO best practices are followed.
- Team Development: Mentor and support the Digital Content team and the Digital Studio team on project-related tasks.
About You
- Minimum 5 years' experience in digital content development and optimisation.
- Demonstrated project management experience.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of content, studio photography, and videography processes.
- Exceptional attention to detail across all content delivery.
- Knowledge of SEO content structures and performance metrics.
