Role Summary

As a Digital Content Specialist, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality, customer-centric digital content that facilitates seamless interaction between users and the business. This role presents an exciting opportunity to leverage cutting-edge technology tools and collaborate with service designers to deliver engaging content.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent writing and editorial skills, as well as experience in creating high-quality digital content for diverse audiences. Strong knowledge of user experience (UX) best practices and proficiency in using technology tools like Drupal, CMS, Figma, and Miro are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and develop high-quality content aligned with customer experience strategies
  • Present content to users based on research and UX best practices
  • Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of customer-focused information
  • Collaborate with service designers
  • Contribute to project strategy and determine milestones, scope, and delivery schedule
  • Work in a collaborative, agile environment to deliver project goals
  • Ensure all content meets content strategy, brand guidelines, and tone of voice requirements
  • Test content with users and make iterative improvements based on research

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Content Design or related fields
  • Proven experience in creating high-quality, engaging digital content for various audiences
  • Strong writing and editorial skills
  • Experience with UX best practices
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of Drupal, CMS, Figma, and Miro
