Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Governance Specialist to lead the redesign and implementation of enterprise-wide content governance. This key role will ensure that our content is accurate, consistent, current, legally compliant, and aligned with regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will report to the Senior Manager, Content Operations and Governance, and will promote best practices while leading the development of content governance frameworks. These frameworks will establish standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and produce high-quality content.

The Content Governance Specialist will be responsible for leading the redesign of content governance frameworks to improve efficiency and compliance across Content Experience and Performance. They will define and implement guidelines for the creation, publication, and review of content, ensuring that these processes are practical, transparent, and scalable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the redesign of content governance frameworks to improve efficiency and compliance.
  • Define and implement guidelines for the creation, publication, and review of content.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure governance processes are practical, transparent, and scalable.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive content governance frameworks.
  • Analyse content governance data to identify trends and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

A strong background in content governance, compliance, regulatory roles, or content quality assurance.

Demonstrated experience creating and embedding governance frameworks and policies in highly regulated environments.

Experience with CMS (Sitecore), and content approval and governance tools.

Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.

Meticulous attention to detail.

Experience or certification working in an agile delivery environment.
