Digital Content Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Digital Content Specialist to join our team. As a Digital Content Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering and managing meaningful content across our digital ecosystem.
- Deliver new and existing content and experiences across the digital ecosystem to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.
- Manage, maintain and update existing content and assets to ensure it is accurate, contextual and relevant to digital users.
- Provide support for the maintenance and improvement of digital platforms across the digital ecosystem including content management, experimentation, targeting, personalization and analytics.
- Collaborate with business and technology leads to consult and provide input on new initiatives and priorities.
- Maintain effective communication with internal teams to streamline project delivery.
- Communicate progress and channel performance to working groups, stakeholders and broader audiences.
The ideal candidate will have relevant tertiary qualifications in Digital Marketing, Business or Marketing, or equivalent experience as a digital producer in a regulated environment. They will also possess practical knowledge of digital channels and platforms, strong working knowledge of website development and CMS, and knowledge of user experience design principles and web usability.
