Job Opportunity

The Victorian Collaborative Centre for Mental Health and Wellbeing is seeking a skilled Policy Officer to support the establishment of a new statutory authority within the mental health system.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will develop strategic planning and priority setting with the Establishment Team, ensuring effective collaboration with researchers and clinicians to establish best practice in mental health and wellbeing services.

They will also support the board, Minister, and Department of Health on matters of immediate or strategic concern, demonstrating exceptional systems thinking and policy analysis skills.

Requirements

Our ideal candidate will possess strong policy design and development skills, as well as experience working in complex environments.

They must be able to balance system design, policy analysis, and project-based work, with a keen ability to analyze and interpret complex data.
