Job Summary

The Leisure and Life Style Coordinator role is a key position that requires a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills.

This position coordinates and delivers care services to meet the complex needs of residents, ensuring they receive optimal access to health teams and support services within the community.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure excellence in care delivery through adherence to organizational policies, best practices, and legislative requirements.
  • Coordinate activities to promote a positive organizational culture that supports change management.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve organizational outcomes aligned with strategic objectives.

Requirements:

  • A probity clearance prior to commencement.
  • Experience working in aged care or a similar setting.
  • Ability to work within a flexible roster system.
  • Well-developed communication skills.
