Job Title: Physiotherapist Graduate Program

We are seeking a motivated and skilled physiotherapist to join our team as part of our graduate program. As a physiotherapist, you will be responsible for evaluating the treatment and rehabilitation needs of workers with work-related or non-work-related injuries, or work-debilitating illness.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • Evaluating treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers;
  • Conducting assessments such as initial needs, workplace assessments, ergonomics and activities of daily living;
  • Conducting specialist functional and pre-employment assessments;
  • Helping clients identify future employment or training options;
  • Effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor progress toward return-to-work goals;
  • Engaging with key stakeholders and building relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy;
  • Eligibility for AHPRA accreditation upon graduating;
  • Graduated in the last 12 months or be graduating in 2025;
  • Eligibility to be Comcare accredited (desirable);
  • Working with Children Check and a pre-employment national criminal check;
  • Full driver's license.
