**Job Title:** Construction Project Manager
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Construction Project Manager, where you will be responsible for overseeing the entire construction process from start to finish. Your expertise in managing multiple projects with tight timelines will ensure that our new restaurant builds and refurbishments are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide end-to-end project management for all new builds and major refurbishments
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time and in line with financial commitments
- Proactively identify and resolve construction challenges to maintain timelines and avoid delays
- Deliver all construction projects within or under budget, maximizing cost efficiencies without compromising quality
- Monitor construction costs, contractor expenses, and unforeseen expenditures, ensuring financial discipline
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures while maintaining high-quality standards
- Ensure all restaurants are built in strict adherence to approved designs, specifications, and quality benchmarks
- Validate that construction meets operational and brand requirements, ensuring consistency across all locations
- Extensive experience in construction management, preferably within hospitality, retail, or Quick Service Restaurant sectors
- Strong understanding of construction processes, site management, contractor coordination, and budget control
- Ability to manage multiple construction projects with tight timelines
- Knowledge of building codes, permits, and regulatory compliance requirements
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with experience managing landlords, contractors, and internal teams
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to promptly address and resolve construction challenges
- Flexibility to work from home one day a week
