Job Description

At Tideri Jobbörse, we're dedicated to delivering innovative solutions that drive growth and success. As Head of Communications, Media and Marketing, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our brand identity and advocacy efforts.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy to enhance our brand reputation and drive member engagement.
  • Lead and direct the communications, marketing and media team to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Create and implement crisis communication plans to effectively manage potential issues and protect our reputation.
  • Position Tideri Jobbörse as a leader in relevant issues and debates through effective media relations and advocacy efforts.
  • Oversee the development and management of our brand identity and positioning to align with our strategic goals.
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to support our advocacy and industry image objectives.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, communications and media, with at least five years in a senior leadership role.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to distill complex issues into easy-to-understand language.
  • Demonstrated commercial judgement with experience in budget management and strategic resource allocation.
  • Strong ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and manage high-priority projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in delivering effective marketing campaigns aligned to our strategic goals.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics, and best practices.
  • Excellent understanding of the media (including digital and social media) and the political process.
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively develop and maintain networks and the gravitas to credibly interface with industry and political leaders, media and external stakeholder groups.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and inspire at all levels of the organisation.
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace culture.
  • Degree qualified in marketing, communications, journalism, PR or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
