Job Overview

This role is focused on delivering top-notch customer service by providing first-line support to customers, ensuring accurate validation and management of their data.

  • Build trust with customers through timely support and guidance throughout the onboarding process.
  • Verify customer information with meticulous attention to detail and adherence to established procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and questionnaire status within our business system.
  • Process payments for new and renewing customers in a timely manner.
  • Develop expertise in our business system's validation process.
  • Identify areas for improvement and contribute to team discussions to share knowledge.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets.

Front-line Customer Support:

  • Make high-volume outgoing calls to explain benefits, assist first-time registrants, and support renewing subscribers.
  • Log and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and call outcomes in our CRM system.
  • Provide clear information on our services and processes involved in completing online questionnaires.
  • Offer initial support for customer inquiries, including technical and procedural issues.
