We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team in the role of Administrative Support Officer. As an Administrative Support Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Tribunal proceedings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of Tribunal proceedings, including electronic minutes, orders, and decisions.
  • Conduct legal research tasks and projects as directed by senior staff.
  • Provide administrative support to senior staff, including coordinating listings, diary management, visitor reception, and proofing judgments.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required.
Desirable Requirements
  • A degree in a related field or substantial progress towards a degree.
  • Completion of a relevant vocational course or other approved practical training.
  • Admitted as a practitioner in the relevant jurisdiction or expect to be admitted.
  • A full driver's license.
