Job Opportunity

This is an exceptional chance to excel in a dynamic role that combines HVAC and Building Automation expertise with sales acumen.

We are seeking a results-driven professional to manage existing service accounts, develop new business opportunities, and grow our client base.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and take responsibility for sales, accounts, and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage existing service accounts to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
  • Develop and execute plans to acquire new business and expand the client base
  • Network with potential clients and vendors to establish relationships and identify new business opportunities
  • Estimate, sell, set up, and manage service accounts, including repairs and project work
  • Address customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the Service Manager and Service Coordinator to coordinate execution of work and ensure timely completion
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and vendors

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or relevant prior industry experience
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suite applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and take responsibility for sales, accounts, and projects

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional at all times and able to work under pressure from clients, vendors, and internal coordination
  • Experience in the HVAC and building automation industries
