The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Service Coordinator to join our team at St Oliver Plunkett School. As a key member of our Before and After School Care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children in a safe and supportive environment.

**Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement daily programs that cater to the needs and interests of children;
  • Supervise and support children during before and after school hours, as well as during holiday periods;
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment that promotes learning and growth;
  • Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient service;
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote child safety and well-being;

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • A Certificate IV or Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent;
  • A current Employee Working with Children's Check (WWCC) or willing to obtain one;
  • HLTAID012 First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management Training;
  • Child Protection (CHCPRT001 - Identify and respond to children and young people at risk);
