We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Interim HR Services Lead.
About the Role:- Assist in resolving complex employee-related issues and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Develop a comprehensive suite of templates and guidelines to enhance the employee experience.
- Collaborate with external partners to deliver high-quality HR services.
- Provide coaching and guidance to a team on intricate processes.
- Act as a strategic leader, overseeing HR services and systems across the organization.
The ideal candidate possesses expertise in HR technology or shared services, driving operational excellence.
Responsibilities:- Troubleshoot escalated people-related problems.
- Develop and maintain employee experience templates.
- Work with vendors to ensure quality HR services.
- Counsel and train staff on complex procedures.
- Lead HR services and systems strategically.
This is a 6-9 month contract position based in Melbourne, offering key solutions across ANZ in HR Services, HR Systems, and generalist practices.
