About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Commissioning Lead to join our team at the MoNDC site in Moorebank, NSW. As a key member of our site leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in the planning, readiness, and execution of activities ensuring the successful operational commissioning of the new site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with project streams and the site to finalise commissioning plans and schedules
  • Review and challenge the execution of commissioning activities, conduct ongoing readiness reviews, monitor progress, and ensure performance requirements are met
  • Support embedding of the new DC operations and team
  • Regularly communicate with stakeholders, providing detailed and summary progress updates on commissioning progress, issues, and resolutions
  • Ensure all team members are trained for their roles, assess training success, and work with the site to address retraining needs
  • Collaborate with site leaders to accelerate continuous improvement, including insourcing specific activities post-go-live
  • Work with the project delivery team to address issues and gaps during commissioning and ensure a smooth handover to DC operations
  • Engage with the Store Delivery Team to resolve the impact of site outages on their operations
What We're Looking For
  • A robust experience of working in automated sites, ideally in supply chain or large-scale manufacturing
  • Sound report writing skills as well as the ability to deliver updates to executive leadership
  • Strong experience in leadership and delivery of site commissioning at scale
  • Purposeful and forward-thinking, able to move easily between thinking strategically and tactically
  • Influencing & negotiation skills, able to effectively negotiate with and influence stakeholders
  • Ability to thrive under pressure & remain resilient, solve problems, and maintain ownership & accountability
