Job Title: Relationship Manager, Commercial\
As a key player in our commercial banking team, you will be responsible for delivering tailored banking solutions to experienced investors operating in the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane area.\
You will form part of an important business within our core market, managing and growing a portfolio of valued customer relationships.\
Key Responsibilities include:
  • Lead sourcing and management of transactions, developing lending structures and conducting thorough due diligence.
  • Manage approval processes and documentation and foster stakeholder relationships.
  • Lead, coach and provide development opportunities for junior team members to achieve current and future objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders in implementing sales, service, operational, process and credit quality initiatives.
  • Represent the bank in the market, networking with key stakeholders.

Essential Skills:
  • Extensive experience in commercial banking or real estate finance.
  • Strong direct experience leading real estate finance relationships and transactions.
  • Strong risk management, relationship management, financial analysis skills to deliver bespoke solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong organisational skills, thriving in high-pressure environments with a customer-centric focus.

Tertiary Qualifications: Business, commerce, or property economics will be highly regarded.\
