Role Overview:

We are seeking an individual to assume the role of Community Outreach Coordinator, focused on enhancing awareness of our services within the community and home care sectors.

This position involves creating digital marketing and promotional materials across various social media platforms to raise awareness among stakeholders.

The successful candidate will possess strong stakeholder management skills, enabling them to build long-term partnerships and report directly to a dedicated Client Liaison Officer.

Key responsibilities include developing new business opportunities, promoting services and programs to external stakeholders, and working collaboratively with our care team to ensure services meet client needs.

The Community Outreach Coordinator will also be responsible for assessing client needs, completing assessments, reviewing client plans, managing internal and external sales enquiries, and maintaining accurate records of incidents and feedback.

Additionally, this role involves supervising and managing Care Staff, discussing and promoting our services with medical professionals and referral sources, and possessing a range of preferred skills including experience in assessing and planning client needs, sound understanding of the Aged Care and Disability systems, and demonstrated experience managing staff.

  • Maintaining accurate records of incidents and feedback as required

  • Supporting all clients to meet their goals
Preferred Skills:
  • Experienced in assessing and planning client needs
  • Sound understanding of the Aged Care and Disability systems is ideal
  • A strong client focus, based on their goals, preferences and needs
  • Demonstrated experience managing staff
  • Current National Police Check
  • Working with Children Check
  • Full Drivers Licence
  • Organisational, administrative and time management skills are essential
