Job Title

Lead a multidisciplinary team to expand our successful operations in Darwin.

  • Manage day-to-day delivery of rehabilitation services with timely, value-laden and customer-focused service delivery.
  • Drive operational performance deliverables including customer outcomes, revenue growth and customer engagement.
  • Work with the national management team to establish and execute a strategic growth plan.
  • Act as lead point of contact for Workers Compensation scheme insurer and agents.

Requirements

  • Occupational rehabilitation experience (4 years preferred).
  • People management experience (2 years preferred).
  • Current accreditation/membership as an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor or Psychologist.
  • Strong Workers Compensation knowledge.
  • Commitment to driving continuous improvement.
  • Ability to manage operational/financial requirements of a growing team.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Honesty, integrity and positive approach.
  • Police Clearance and Working with Children Check.
