Multidisciplinary Team Leader

Lead a multidisciplinary team to expand our successful operations in Darwin.
- Manage day-to-day delivery of rehabilitation services with timely, value-laden and customer-focused service delivery.
- Drive operational performance deliverables including customer outcomes, revenue growth and customer engagement.
- Work with the national management team to establish and execute a strategic growth plan.
- Act as lead point of contact for Workers Compensation scheme insurer and agents.
Requirements
- Occupational rehabilitation experience (4 years preferred).
- People management experience (2 years preferred).
- Current accreditation/membership as an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor or Psychologist.
- Strong Workers Compensation knowledge.
- Commitment to driving continuous improvement.
- Ability to manage operational/financial requirements of a growing team.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management, attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Honesty, integrity and positive approach.
- Police Clearance and Working with Children Check.
