Are you a Senior Occupational Therapist looking to take on a leadership role in a multidisciplinary team? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to join our dynamic team.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead, mentor, and support a team of occupational therapists and speech pathologists in delivering safe, high-quality, and cost-effective services that align with business objectives, processes, and recognised standards, policies, and best practices.

About the Role
  • Lead and supervise a multidisciplinary team, providing guidance and support to develop their clinical skills and discipline knowledge.
  • Have regular check-ins with the team, providing formal and informal feedback, and leading with a positive influence.
  • Complete assessments and reports that are goal-oriented to support life transitions.
  • Ensure best practice standards for occupational therapy services and contribute to the improvement and development of clinical practices and procedures.
  • Provide direction and oversee team member KPIs, billable hours, and stakeholder business engagement activities, escalating areas of concern and underperformance to the Clinical Lead and Operations Manager.

About You
  • Proven experience as a Senior Occupational Therapist with demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage clinical services.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience working across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Passion for developing and mentoring clinicians fostering a supportive team culture.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy.
  • Registration with AHPRA.
  • NDIS Disability Worker Screening clearance, or an ability to obtain.
  • Working with Children Check, or an ability to obtain.
  • Senior First Aid Certificate, or willing to obtain.
  • Unrestricted rights to work in Australia.
