Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic professional to fill the role of Graduate Recruitment Consultant. This position plays a pivotal part in driving attraction, selection and development programs for our graduate program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment Management: Manage the recruitment process of our annual summer clerk and graduates.
  • Graduate Rotations: Lead graduate rotations and evaluation processes, working closely with HR consultants.
  • Program Oversight: Oversee the smooth running of our summer clerkship and graduate programs.
  • B Employer Reputation: Develop and maintain our company's profile to be recognised as an employer of choice.
  • External Relations: Maintain key external relations with target universities, law societies and associations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate and lead discussions with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • National Initiatives: Collaborate on national initiatives and projects.
Requirements:
  • Generalist Experience: 3+ years' experience in a generalist HR or recruitment position.
  • Graduate Recruitment: A minimum of 12 months experience within Graduate recruitment.
  • Degree Qualified: Degree qualified.
  • Personal Qualities: Be self-motivated with a positive and agile approach to dealing with situations.
  • Relationship Building: An exceptional ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Presentation Skills: Confident presentation skills.
  • Communication and Organisation: Strong communication and organisation skills; and
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail.
