About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Solution Architect to assist with the management of architectural deliverables for our large Health client. As an expert in solution design and delivery, you will bring your wealth of experience for a role that is a strong mix of Network and Application Solutions architecture. A background in Government and/or Health would be ideal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Operations Technology Solutions: Focus on plant performance, operations safety, and automation of operations and business processes.
  • Develop Architecture Blueprints: Design, strategy, and working solutions across operations, asset management, planning, supply chain management, and risk management domains.
  • Manage Agile Delivery: Foster a culture of agile delivery and dev ops approach, fit-for-purpose design, automation, manage by exception, and abnormal situation management.
  • Analyze Business Processes: Identify potential for automation, assess costs and benefits, and manage change and implementation.
  • Contribute to Change Program Evaluation: Analyze factors that must be addressed in the change program.
  • Identify Alternative Solutions: Assess feasibility and recommend new approaches, seeking to exploit technology components.
  • Evaluate Financial, Cultural, Technological, Organizational, and Environmental Factors: Assess factors that must be addressed in the change program.
  • Establish Requirements for Implementation: Develop requirements for significant changes in organizational mission, business functions, and process.
  • Lead and Mentor a Team of Architects: Lead, mentor, and support a team of technical architects.
Requirements
  • Over 10 years of experience delivering operational technology solutions to a large Government or Health organization.
  • Over 10 years of experience in solution and integration architecture in an enterprise.
  • Experience in leading and mentoring a technical team.
