Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Commercial experience as a Solutions Architect or Systems Manager.
  • Strong experience in delivering IT system architecture solutions.
  • Strong experience around systems and documentation (such as ERP/CRM application architecture).
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to maximize business benefit of ERP/CRM and ancillary systems.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills - the ability to liaise with stakeholders and determine/educate on the impact of processes on business efficiency.
  • Strong experience in investigating, evaluating, and implementing business process improvement through IT systems.
  • Ability to evaluate requests for software changes, ensure ROI, and manage solution selection and implementation.
  • Ensure appropriate business systems performance levels and availability for end-users at all times.
  • Strong communication and diagnostic skills - particularly in reference to Department Support/End-user support - assist in development of appropriate IT budgets, Support project initiatives, train & assist user & diagnose root cause of issues.
  • Business process mapping using BPMN.
  • Strong understanding of Database and Software design & Change control.
  • Experienced in designing solutions with appropriate security and disaster recovery considerations.
  • D365 F&O / AX / FinOps / CRM projects (big plus).
